About Northern Formed

Built from a generation of work experience

Northern Formed is a small, independent woodworking and workspace company based in the Ottawa Capital Region.

I started the business because I like to make useful things, and in their practicality, make it beautiful too.

Working across different industries has meant spending a lot of time around people who need to make things work with what they have.

And laborious and/or creative work constantly reminds you that sometimes the best solution is the one nobody sells.

Sometimes, you’re the only one who can get something done.

This project’s goal is to assist you with what you need to do.

Made in the Ottawa Capital Region

Northern Formed is based in the Ottawa Capital Region.

The business is being built deliberately and locally, with a focus on small-scale production, custom work and direct collaboration with the people using what I make.

Delivery elsewhere in Canada and the larger world is fully welcome and encouraged.
